Vinge – Dude diligence

Last year the biggest law firm in the Nordics, Vinge helped companies with mergers and acquisitions worth a total of 52 billion EUR. This process is called Due Diligence. We created a tool in Vinge’s core business to contribute to a more equal business life. So from now on their regular Due Diligence will also include a Dude Diligence – a look at the gender balance on the board, in the management team and in other leadership roles.
